A venue’s catering and service team is incredibly busy managing everything that goes into the event on their end: scheduling site inspections with prospective clients, fielding space requests, menu planning with their booked clients, coordinating with chefs and banquet teams, scheduling and managing tastings, creating Banquet Event Orders, assisting with event setups…the list goes on and on!

We become a seamless member of the venue’s team, providing you with unparalleled service and dedication throughout your planning. While our venue partners focus on their tasks, we’re there to guide you through all the other elements of your wedding planning, all while remaining in constant communication with our venue partners.

FAQs

The base site fee to host a ceremony at Paradise Cove is $1,650 for up to 25 guests, with an option to add more guests for an additional fee. The base site fee includes:

  • Exclusive reservation of your ceremony site for up to 25 guests
  • Use of the wooden arch at the Oasis for your ceremony
  • Seating for your guests (white padded folding chairs)
  • A guaranteed rain backup location (if needed)
  • Access to all Paradise Cove grounds for photos
  • The services of a professional Just Marry! wedding planner to partner with you on your planning, book your package services, liaise with your vendors, and coordinate the ceremony on the big day.
  • All applicable taxes and fees.

The base site fee applies to Monday – Friday ceremonies only. Saturday and Sunday ceremonies are an additional $650.00, and couples must host a cocktail hour following the ceremony. Start times must be between 8:00am – 2:00pm. Additional guests over 25 are $20 per person.

You can book just the site fee if you prefer to hire all your own wedding vendors, or partner with your experienced Just Marry! wedding planner to create the perfect wedding package. Typically, we can book your wedding or vow renewal 9-12 months in advance, depending on your preferred date and the size of your group.

Yes! We recommend at least one week for ceremonies and a two-month minimum for receptions, but we can absolutely handle last-minute requests (subject to space and staff availability.) Holidays and weekends are usually more difficult to accommodate without sufficient notice.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance on your inclusive package will be due 45 days prior to your ceremony. We prefer wire transfers or personal checks as payment, but also accept major credit cards.

Paradise Cove offers the beautiful Market-Lit Pavilion as a rain backup location.

No, you may host just your ceremony at Paradise Cove.

A getting ready suite is not included for clients who only book a ceremony. It may be added for an additional fee if you plan to host a traditional reception following your ceremony. The suite is based upon availability 30 days out from the wedding.

We sure do! Our Sweetheart Package is very popular for elopements, but we can customize an elopement package to include anything you envision!

If you’re hosting a wedding, yes. But don’t worry—your Just Marry! planning partner will guide you through this process! If you’re hosting a vow renewal, you don’t need a marriage license.

Outside cakes are permitted with proof of the vendor’s insurance certificate. Any other outside catering is not allowed.
